Chante's Corner: Hey Guys, Sorry

Hey guys, sorry. Its summer break for me and it sure has been busy. I've traveled out the country for the first time (to Spain or España), been out-of-state, and pretty much cleaned my house top-to-bottom for a party coming up. But that doesn't mean I have stopped reading or writing, just blogging about it. I will work harder. Give me a little more time and soon enough you will see a very extensive book review coming up. But to hold you over, I will do this thing called 'a quickie review'. Here are a few books you should read:

A kiss in Time by Alex Flinn {The name makes me think of a stitch in time,saves nine. Cute fairy tale retold. I like this author of Beastly and all her retellings.}
A Dash of Magic by Kathryn Littlewood {A fabulous book full of magic and History. I loved the history facts best.}
The Tiger Princess by Sarah Renee { A nook book by a 13-year-old and what a book it is. Loved it and the series}
The Tragedy Paper by Elizabeth LeBan { It surely made me cry. What a book. A must read.}
Of Beast and Beauty by Stacey Jay { Another fairy tale retelling. And it involved some nice syfy and magic *wink wink*}
The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot { I've read this book twice which I tell you means I like it. I rarely reread stuff}
